Members over 65yrs with Unclaimed Monies
If you are 65 years of age and there has been neither contributions coming into your account nor any withdrawals done for the last 10 years, then your balance in your account will be transferred to the Unclaimed Deposit Account.

You can confirm with our Information Centre on 3307811 if your Account is in the 'Unclaimed' Status

If it is, then you will need to provide the following documents for verification:


1) FNPF 9A form (Withdrawal on reaching 55 years)
2) FNPF Membership Card
3) Member's TIN Letter from FIRCA
4) Certified copy of your birth certificate
5) Certified copy of your marriage certificate
6) Confirmation of your residential address via your FEA/Water bill or Letter from Provincial Council to confirm that you are a permanently residing in the village
7) Certified copy of your driver's license
8) Certified copy of members passport showing visa
9) Latest bank statement to confirm valid Bank Account Number
10) Statutory declaration to state:
a) why there was not withdrawal upon reaching 55 years
b) my employment history since joining FNPF
11) Interview notes (attached) to be completed in front of a Customer Officer if lodging form


If member has deceased,

1. FNPF 9B (Advice of Death) form
2. Deceased member's death certificate
3. All requirements above except for Numbers 1 and 9.
