Qualifying conditions
Contributions due to member within date of entitlement and credited to member account after payment of approved amount for withdrawal
Documents to be submitted
(a) A letter from member providing the following details:
· Stating the mode of payment of further monies
· Signature and thumbprint of member
· Witness to member’s signature and thumbprint
· Witness address and phone contact
· Member’s email address and phone contact
· Member’s bank account details
(b) Certified copy of member’s photo ID
Eligibility
(a) Contributions paid within the date of entitlement
(b) Amount credited in member’s account
Method of Payment
(a) Payment shall be made into members designated bank account in Fiji or overseas
(b) Payment can be made via a bank draft posted to a reliable address overseas
(c) Any bank charges for the purchase of a bank draft or telegraphic transfer is deducted from the member’s withdrawn account.
