Where the application is made on the ground that the member is about to leave or has left Fiji with no intentions of returning thereto, the member shall supply such evidence in support of his/her application
Qualifying conditions
An expatriate member OR overseas passport holder who has completed his / her work contract in Fiji and returning to his/ her country .
Acceptance of Application
Requirements
The member must submit his/her application with the following requirements:
- FNPF Form 9D duly completed.
- Certified copy of the first few pages of his/her overseas passport showing details of the passport holder and the validity of the passport.
- Contract termination letter from employer.
- Certified copy of work permit.
- Membership card.
- Travel Itinerary or one way ticket indicating date of departure.
Any application that does not meet the above criteria should not be accepted.
Method of Payment
Payment can be made into a member’s bank account in Fiji or overseas OR by a bank draft posted to a reliable address overseas. Any bank charges for the purchase of a bank draft or telegraphic transfer is deducted from the member’s withdrawal payment.
Timeframe for processing payment of an application
Payment will be made within 3 working days of the submitted application satisfying all the qualifying criteria.
All registered and approved applications must be processed within the timeframes in accordance with this policy .

⇒ Duly completed FNPF Form 9D
⇒ Certified copy of the first few pages of his/her passport showing details of the passport holder and the validity of the passport.
⇒ Contract termination letter from employer.
⇒ Certified copy of Work Permit
⇒ Acceptance of resignation letter from employer if employed with the last 6months of application
⇒ Travel Itinerary or one way ticket indication date of departure.
