Documents to be Submitted
- Member must complete FNPF Form 9D.
- FNPF Membership Card.
- Certified true copy (by a Justice of Peace or Lawyer) of the first few pages of his/her passport showing identification details and the validity of the passport.
- Certified true copy (by a Justice of Peace or Lawyer) of Work Permit.
- Certified true copy (by a Justice of Peace or Lawyer) of Acceptance of Resignation or termination letter from employer confirming the member’s last date of employment.
- Evidence from the member’s banker confirming the member’s account status (open) and the account number where payment will be made.
- Where members opts for payment into overseas bank account, the member shall submit details of the overseas bank account number and branch address, BSB number, swift code and routing number.
- Other forms of ID if required for proper ID verification. That is other valid ID such as drivers license.
Eligibility
- Full balance in members account.
- Where account is not fully updated member would be paid the balance as at time of withdrawal and the balance would be paid as second payment.
Payment Options
Member can only opt for full lump sum payment.
Method of Payment
- Payment can be made into the member’s bank account in Fiji or overseas.
- Payment can be made via a bank draft posted to a reliable address overseas.
- Any bank charges for the purchase of a bank draft or telegraphic transfer is deducted from the member’s withdrawal payment.
