SECURING YOUR FUTURE
Housing Assistance
Members can apply for two thirds of the balance of the account for the purpose of home ownership. Under the scheme, the member applies through an 'approved lender' who provides 100% loan for home ownership. The member's transfer from his account is utilized to reduce the loan with the approved lender. The transferred amount may be repaid by instalment if the member chooses, however no lump sum repayment will be accepted prior to retirement.
