Current projects include:
the installation of an emergency back up water storage and pumping system for Provident Plaza Podiums One and Two;
replacement of inoperable escalators in the Harbour Centre Building;
repair of water leaks through the waterproofing membrane in roof gutters on Provident Plaza;
Properties has submitted a substantial repairs and maintenance budget for Board consideration in the FY 10 capital works budget. Further information on the implementation work plan by the Projects section will be provided after the Board has approved the FY 10 budget.replacement of the roof covering on the Lautoka Branch office and refurbishment of the Labasa Branch office.
