Internal Audit
The FNPF Board supports internal auditing as an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add and improve the Fund’s operations. It assists the Fund in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the Fund’s risk management, control and governance processes.

Research and Planning
To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of such services, our Planning department provide the logistics for, and report on the Fund's Change Management  system.

Legal Services
The Legal Services Section has been established to provide assistance to all other divisions of the Fund in relation to their day to day needs. Generally, the division is in charge of all prosecution, civil litigation, corporate conveyance and procurements, providing opinions and advice to the Board, management and staff of the Fund, maintaining ethical standards and promoting good governance.

Public Relations and Corporate Communications
The Fund continue to encourage a pro-active relationship with all its stakeholders, especially our members. The department conducts a range of community outreach programmes, aimed at a better understanding of services provided by the FNPF.

Quick Response Team
The teams objective is to conduct outreach programmes such as the voluntary membership drive.
