New FNPF Nadi Agency Opens its Doors
02 September 2011

THE Fiji National Provident Fund’s new Nadi Agency was officially opened yesterday to cater for growing customers’ needs in the Western division. The Agency was opened by Commissioner Western Joeli Cawaki in the presence of more than 50 guests comprising members, pensioners and employers.

The new agency, which also serves stakeholders in Sigatoka, is located at Shop 1, Lot 13, Concave Sub-Division in Namaka.

Fund Chief Executive Aisake Taito said the new agency was a a show of commitment from the FNPF to bring the best of their services to all their stakeholders.

“Our commitment remains to provide quality customer-centric services to all our members, including pensioners,” Mr Taito said.

He said since Nadi is the hub of commerce and tourism, it was only proper that the Fund prepared itself to capture the expanding needs of its members, employers and pensioners.

“Since our establishment in 1966, the Fund has made a substantial impact on the lives of our members, likewise this nation. The FNPF assures you all that we will always strive to safeguard our members’ funds and interests in accordance with the stewardship role that the Fund is entrusted with.

“The Fund continuously revises and improves its business practices to ensure that we match, if not exceed the best in standards, especially the expectations of our members, employers and most importantly, our pensioners,” Mr Taito added.

Mr Taito also expressed his gratitude to Government for its commitment and support.

Government’s support has been strong enabling the Fund to rise through its challenges, which include the current reforms, particularly the review of the pension scheme.

“I assure members that all your future and your savings are safe and secure with the Fund,” Mr Taito added.
