Members of the Fiji National Provident Fund visiting the customer service centre in Suva are in for a pleasant surprise in finding managers serving them.
Those lodging applications may get on the spot approvals and faster services.
Fund Chief Executive Officer Mr Aisake Taito said the FNPF Managers Day encouraged personalized service and interaction between the members and the Managers.
“This has become an annual pre-Christmas tradition where we our managers to get a feel of the front line service which we hope will assist them in their day to day management decisions,” Mr Taito said.
“Our members are our most valued asset and if we are to serve them better, the Managers need to interact with them and experience firsthand, their needs.”
Mr Taito said the Fund is always working on improving its customer services and this is an important means of illustrating of their commitment to the members.
Managers will be serving members from 9am – 4.30pm today.
