FNPF Board Chairman Mr. Peceli Vocea says that the FNPF lawyers will need to consult the lawyers representing the two suspended senior executives, Olota Rokovunisei and Foana Nemani, in relation to the process of inquiry that FNPF had initiated.
Mr. Vocea said this was a necessary step to follow before the Board makes further decision on the case.
“So we have asked our lawyers to discuss these matters with the lawyers representing the two executives,” Mr Vocea said.
“Our lawyers are expected to provide us with a legal advice by next week and we hope to make further decision then.”
