Technical Projects supports the business arm of FNPF to derive income from capital investments in commercial properties and property development ventures where FNPF is the sole developer or in association with subsidiary companies as directed by the FNPF Board.

Technical Projects also undertakes a diverse range of repair, maintenance and office fitout projects serving the needs of both internal customers (FNPF offices) and external customers (FNPF tenants) as requested by Executive Management and the Manager Properties & Development.
