Technical Projects is part of the FNPF Investments Division and is managed by the Manager Projects who reports to the Chief Investment Officer. The section is currently staffed by three Technical Projects Officers, nine building maintenance officers and three contract Project Officers.

The Properties and Projects Division is located at Gorund Floor, Provident Plaza 2 (towards entrance from FEA side).
