It is your employer's responsibility to register you with the Fund. Your employer will be required to complete FNPF 3 form with your personal details as stated in your Birth Certificate and you are required to affix your left thumbprint impressions on the form. You have to ensure that the information stated in the form is correct and true. Upon registration, you will be assigned with a membership number and FNPF Card.
